YOUR BESPOKE FURNITURE JOURNEY
DESIGN
The first step of your project process is to book a free design visit with us by phone or email.
The design visit is an essential in order to gain an understanding of your thoughts, designs, ideas you already have to create the fitted furniture.
We will talk through your ideas and help guide you into getting the best design to suit your home and the space you have.
We will then take measurements and discuss the process of the project.
You will then receive a CAD drawing of the design and a written quotation.
You can then discuss any changes or adaptations you wish to make to the design. Time scales of work and completion will be discussed and agreed with you.
Once you are happy to place an order with us then we will book your project into our planning schedule as soon as the agreed deposit is paid.
Included in this bespoke service, is a choice of finishes so that you can choose the timber, paint colour, handles etc. but the choice will always be yours.
We will always aim to keep the project within your budget, so there are no unexpected or hidden costs or surprises.
INSTALLATION
Installation is done on site with an agreed time scale for our time on site to complete your installation.
All our work is completed to a high standard of finish and by hand, while still giving the feel of a luxury finish and product.
We will require the remaining balance of your payment on the day of your installation.
Once the installation has been completed we will clear the space and tidy up.
